Ticket policy

This purchase/registration grants entry for one (1) person to the Franklin Asia Showcase on 28 October 2026 at VIAS Pickleball, HCMC.
Tickets are non-refundable [and non-transferable] except where the event is cancelled by the Organizer.
Merchandise included with your purchase will be issued on-site on event day only, upon presentation of your order confirmation. Merchandise will not be shipped or delivered. Unclaimed merchandise can be collected by 28 November 2026.
Please present your order confirmation [QR code / order number] at the entrance. Entry may be refused without valid confirmation.
Meet & Greet access is on a first-come, first-served basis and subject to time limits. Autographs will be signed on Franklin-branded products only; items from other brands will not be signed.
Player appearances are subject to change due to injury, travel or circumstances beyond the Organizer's control. A change of lineup does not entitle the holder to a refund.
The Organizer reserves the right to change the event schedule, venue or format. Any changes will be communicated through official Franklin Sports Vietnam channels.
Limited edition paddles are available while stock lasts. Purchase limits per customer may apply.
The event will be photographed and filmed. By attending, you consent to your image being used in Franklin Sports marketing materials.
Attendees under [16] years must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Attendees are responsible for their personal belongings. The Organizer is not liable for any loss, damage or injury, except as required by law.
The Organizer may refuse entry to or remove any attendee whose behaviour is disruptive or unsafe.
The Organizer's decision on all matters relating to the event is final.
